The information from the contact form: The information gathered on the contact form is sent via an email to the site administrator so it can be used to respond to the person completing the form. The information is not stored in any system or database. Emails to and from the person who completed the contact form may be saved in this website administrator’s email account.

2024: The information from the JBL Contest Page: The information gathered on the 2024 JBL Flip 6 speaker contest page will be used only for the purposes of the contest. It will be maintained in a single file that will be used to store the names of all individuals who registered for a chance to win the prize as part of the contest. Links to the review will be tested to confirm they are active after registration is received and also on the date of the random selection. The names will be maintained in the event the winner does not acknowledge receipt of their email notification to select an second individual. After the prize has been shipped, this information will be deleted from the files, systems, and databases maintained for the purpose of the contest. Neither Malcolm Bolivar or AV Press (dba for Aleen Ventures, LLC) will maintain this information.
